Naturally set and made with the best apples and mint.

We buy our British apples in fresh from Glasgow Fruit market and then cook and strain overnight to make our own apple juice.  Once we have done this we cook the juice again before finally adding some beautiful mint to make a perfectly balanced jelly.

No leg of lamb is complete without it!
