Shipping costs £5 (2-5 working day delivery service)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DESPATCH

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday.  Orders placed after 12pm will usually be shipped on the next working day.

CARRIER & TRACKING

We use DPD to deliver our orders. You should receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.  

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns are at your own cost. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

All returns should be sent to Galloway Lodge, Burgh Parks, Castramont Rd, Gatehouse of Fleet, DG7 2HP.

 Damaged Items

We will replace damaged items. Please let us know as soon as you have found an item is damaged and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
